The initial vision and commitment of local physicians was to care for sick patients that started in a meager boarding house that has now become a first-class healthcare facility licensed for 90 beds.

JRMC is a non-profit hospital committed to giving back to the community through state-of-the-art equipment, programs, and excellent physicians.

Johnson Regional Medical Center exists to provide healthcare services to the community that are desirable (a source of pride for JRMC and the community); affordable (cost competitive to the public while allowing for the replacement of equipment, buildings and services); and accessible (continual improvement of core systems to make them easier to “get into,” “get out of,” and to understand).
